A Loop is a news update a business sends to everyone who follows it on OneLoop - no algorithm, no spam folder. A SuperLoop is a discount, loyalty or reward campaign built from a business's own sales, stock and cost data. Activate a SuperLoop, show the QR or code, enjoy.
QHow do I use a discount in a shop or online?
Activate the SuperLoop in the app with one tap. In a shop, show the QR code at the till; online, enter the coupon code at checkout.
QWill I get spammed? How do I stop hearing from a business?
No. You only hear from places you've chosen to follow, and no algorithm decides what you see or when. Looping-in means following a business; Looping-out means unfollowing. Loop out any time, just as easily.
QDoes OneLoop sell my data?
No. We never sell your data, and businesses can never profile you. Switching on the personalised option allows us to collect and analyse data on your use of the app beyond the strictly necessary parameters, like: your interests and interactions with businesses.

QWhat does "Sponsored" mean in Discover?
Discover is the part of the OneLoop app where shoppers find businesses near them, as a list or on a map. Spotlight is a paid, sponsored placement at the top of Discover, for 1, 7, 14 or 30 days. Places in the Spotlight are always labelled as sponsored.
